Return Policy
All sales are final, no refunds will be given, unless deemed refundable by Littles Midnight Bakery.
If you believe that Littles Midnight Bakery did not meet your expectations, you must contact us to explain the issue. Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to request photographs of the item(s), a written request and explanation as to how we did not meet your expectations. With this, Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to request your item(s) are returned back to Littles Midnight Bakery if a refund is granted. Please do not throw away your order if you are requesting a refund.
Littles Midnight Bakery strives to provide the highest quality baked goods. With this, personal preference varies widely among individuals. If you are dissatisfied with your order in regards to personal preference you may not request a refund.
If refund is granted we will work with you to resolve the issue. Change order date, refund, store credit, return of product and remake at a later date are options we can explore and Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to make the final acceptable selection.
If you did not receive the product you ordered (flavour, size, quantity etc.), a refund will be issued in full if we are unable to replace your order for your selected date or in a timely manner.
If Littles Midnight Bakery is unable to full-fill your order under any circumstance and forced to cancel our agreements, your order will be refunded in full.
If possible Littles Midnight Bakery will work with you in finding another local bakery who may be able to assist you with your order.
*GIFT CARDS are final sale. Gift Cards never expire.
Deposits
Deposits with Littles Midnight Bakery are final and not subject to a refund.
If you need to cancel an order, following our cancellation policy, where you have placed a deposit please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue.
If you cancel your order within 7 days prior to your order date you deposit is non refundable. You may for-fit your order and deposit or you may pay the remaining balance and receive your product. We will work with you to freeze your order to save for a later date / time.
If Littles Midnight Bakery is unable to full-fill your order under any circumstance and forced to cancel our agreements, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If possible Littles Midnight Bakery will work with you in finding another local bakery who may be able to assist you with your order.
Cancellation & Order Changes
Littles Midnight Bakery works hard to ensure your order is just what you want, every time. Due to limited availability for daily orders, the orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. In other words, cancelling your order takes up time another customer could have scheduled. If you need to request a cancellation the policy is as follows.
Changes (subject to approval*) can be requested up to 5 days prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date.
Cancellations requested up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a store credit.
Cancellations or changes within 7 days prior to your pickup or delivery date are not accepted and are not subject to a credit or refund. Your order will be processed and delivered for your scheduled pick up or delivery date. This policy is in effect to protect Littles Midnight Bakery due to high volumes of orders at times and operating as a first come first serve basis.
It is important that you receive an excellent experience with us. If you need to cancel within 7 days we will work with you with instructions on how to freeze all your items. All of our products freeze great.
