Hello, welcome. My name is Tianna Stelzl, and I am the proud owner of Little’s Midnight Bakery in Port Stanley, Ontario. Alongside me is my husband and co-owner, Brent Greenway. Since I was young, I’ve had a passion for baking, a love that only grew stronger as we started our own family. I found myself exploring new recipes that would balance both nutrition and the joy of delicious treats. That’s how Little’s Midnight Bakery came to be in the summer of 2024.

At Littles Midnight Bakery, our journey is deeply rooted in love for our family and the belief that hard work can lead to incredible opportunities. As our kids, now 2 and 4, continue to grow, we want to build something they can believe in—a legacy that embodies dedication, creativity, and the joy of chasing dreams.

Littles Midnight Bakery was inspired by the countless nights I spent baking into the early hours of the morning. It is a nod to those midnight moments of inspiration and hard work, and it symbolizes the commitment we have to our family and our community. We hope to share this energy with everyone who connects with us, showing that with passion, persistence and lots of fun, anything is possible.

We are a made-to-order bakery, we offer both individual orders and wholesale options. We also accommodate custom orders upon request. While we don't currently have a brick-and-mortar storefront, we operate from a certified, health-inspected kitchen where we bring our creations to life.
