Here at Littles Midnight Bakery we do all the delivering ourselves. We love to meet our customers and get to know you face to face! You will notice a delivery fee for out of local area. We thank you for understanding that these fees help us create a better connection with all of our customers; you! We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!

At this time we do not offer shipping unless it is a special request and has been arranged with Littles Midnight Bakery.
Everything is made to order. This means we bake for your needs and your times! We bake by demand and we do not sell baked goods that have sat for a while. Your order will be made fresh for your desired date. However, when we do have extra product left we will sell it that day as a flash sale.
This means processing times can vary depending on the order. If issues arise when placing your order and you are unclear or have additional questions please don't hesitate to reach out! We would love to hear from you and help you out!
Delivery varies here at Littles Midnight Bakery. We have it set up in zones. These fees range from $3.00 - $7.00 + depending. During your checkout experience you will be given a default estimated shipping cost - that is our highest option, that will update to the correct amount once you input your delivery address. Please don't be discouraged by the highest default amount. If you experience any issues during checkout we encourage you to place your order under free shipping local and we will reach out to you to arrange delivery and fees. All sales are final and no refunds will be given, unless deemed refundable by Littles Midnight Bakery.
If you believe that Littles Midnight Bakery did not meet your expectations, you must contact us to explain the issue. Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to request photographs of the item(s), a written request and explanation as to how we did not meet your expectations. With this, Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to request your item(s) are returned back to Littles Midnight Bakery if a refund is granted. Please do not throw away your order if you are requesting a refund.
Littles Midnight Bakery strives to provide the highest quality baked goods. With this, personal preference varies widely among individuals. If you are dissatisfied with your order in regards to personal preference you may not request a refund.
If refund is granted we will work with you to resolve the issue. Remake for same date needed, refund, store credit, return of product and remake at a later date are options we can explore and Littles Midnight Bakery has the right to make the final acceptable selection.
If you did not receive the product you ordered (flavour, size, quantity etc.), a refund will be issued in full if we are unable to replace your order for your selected date or in a timly manner.
Deposits with Littles Midnight Bakery are final and not subject to a refund.
If you need to cancel an order, following our cancellation policy, where you have placed a deposit please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue.
If Littles Midnight Bakery is unable to full-fill your order under any circumstance and forced to cancel our agreements, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Littles Midnight Bakery works hard to ensure your order is just what you want, every time. Due to limited availability for daily orders, the orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. In other words, cancelling your order takes up time another customer could have scheduled. If you need to request a cancellation the policy is as follows.
Changes (subject to approval*) can be requested up to 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date.
Cancellations requested up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a store credit.
Cancellations or changes within 7 days prior to your pickup or delivery date are not accepted and are not subject to a credit or refund. Your order will be processed and delivered for your scheduled pick up or delivery date.
All of our products freeze great. We will work with you with instructions on how to freeze all your items if you need to cancel after 7 days.
If Littles Midnight Bakery is unable to full-fill your order under any circumstance and forced to cancel our agreements, your payment will be refunded in full. If possible Littles Midnight Bakery will work with you in finding another local bakery who may be able to assist you with your order.
